| On-Location Travel |

  Travel fee is based on the following:
 

• Travel fee will be based per mile and calculated based on a round trip from Makeup Artist's location to the event location.

• Tolls, parking fees, etc.

• For all out-of-state and distances greater than two hours away from the Albany, New York area: prices to be determined for BOTH travel (car) or plane fare (out-of-state) and hotel costs.  Inquire about pricing.

| Payment & Booking Policies |
 

• A 50% retainer of the total balance is required in order to secure your date. You will be given seven days to decide after your trial to book your date.  After seven days, the date will become open again.

• The retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable.  Please be advised, dates and scheduled makeup times will only be reserved when a signed contract and 50% retainer is received.

• Balance is due in full on the day of your event. Cash only.

• Balance is due one day prior to your event when paying with a check or credit card.

• Early Call Times: A $30.00 fee will be charged for start and / or travel times booked before 8:00 A.M.

• All makeup applications for more than one person must be at the same location and consecutive in time (no gaps in between).

• The contract will contain a start time and end time initialed and approved by the client. Each makeup requires a certain length of time to be finished and not to exceed the time limit. When reserving your date, book accordingly.

• Any additional makeup needs outside the contract will only be performed at the discretion of the makeup artist.

• All persons involved in makeup appointments need to be available at the scheduled time of said appointment in order to not break the contract. 

| Cancellations |
 

• If for any reason the client must cancel the booked event or any services on a contract, the retainer paid will not be refunded or transferred.

|Returned Checks (NSF)|

• ​If the bank returns any check for non-sufficient funds (NSF), a $35.00 fee will be charged on top of bank fees and 100% of all fees contracted for will be due in advance to keep the booked reservation. Any booking made under such circumstances, (NSF), is subject to cancellation and any retainer paid will be forfeited.

| Skin Conditions & Allergies |
 

• Any skin condition or allergy should be reported by the Client to the Makeup Artist prior to application and, if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction.

|Gratuities|

​

• A 20% Gratuity is required where services will be performed for 6 or more persons at the event.  The Gratuity is due when balance total for services is paid.  The client acknowledges that while no gratuity is required for parties below the above figure, that a gratuity is customary for good service. Gratuity is calculated on total services, not balance due.
