Traditional Foundation / Makeup Application

Applied with a foundation brush for a seamless application, this cream-based foundation provides customized coverage tailored to your needs, offering a traditional foundation experience. This highly pigmented foundation provides light to full coverage and is formulated without mineral oil, lanolin, and petroleum-based ingredients. It has a soft, natural matte finish.

| On-Location Travel |
Travel fee is based on the following:

Travel fee will be based on per-mile, tolls, parking fees, etc., and calculated on the round trip from the Makeup Artist's location to the client's location.

For all out-of-state and distances greater than 1.5 hours away from the Albany, New York area: prices to be determined for BOTH travel (car) or plane fare (out-of-state) and hotel costs (average cost of nightly rate in that area). Inquire about pricing.
| Payment & Booking Policies |

Balance is due in full on the day of your appointment—payment by cash or credit card.

Early Call Times: A 50.00 fee will be charged for start and/or travel times booked before 8:00 A.M.

All makeup applications for more than one person must be at the same location and consecutive in time (no gaps in between).

Any additional makeup needs outside the appointment will only be performed at the discretion of the makeup artist.

All persons involved in makeup appointments need to be available at the scheduled time of said appointment.
| Cancellations |

If, for any reason, the client must cancel their appointment, please kindly do so within 48 hours of the scheduled time.

Repeated cancellations will require payment in full prior to the rescheduled appointment time.
| Holiday Booking Fee |

If any date is booked on major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve/Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Fourth of July): $100.00
|Returned Checks (NSF)|

If the bank returns any check for non-sufficient funds (NSF), a $35.00 fee will be charged on top of bank fees, and 100% of all fees contracted for will be due in advance to keep the booked reservation. Any booking made under such circumstances (NSF) is subject to cancellation, and any retainer paid will be forfeited.
| Skin Conditions & Allergies |

Any skin condition or allergy should be reported by the Client to the Makeup Artist prior to application, and if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test for a reaction.
|Gratuities|

The client acknowledges that while no gratuity is required, it is customary for good service. Gratuity is calculated based on the total services.
